What is Academic Life Coaching?
Life Coaching is a partnership between the coach and client (young person) working towards academic and personal development. By focusing on the core objectives of developing greater SELF-AWARENESS, better SYSTEMS, and clearer VISION, clients learn, practice, and incorporate concepts into their daily living in order to experience heightened levels of success.
The program is Seven Sessions:

Seven 50 minute meetings between coach and client (not including FREE initial consultation).

Emphasis placed on gaining greater self-awareness & development of strategies to employ

Client text/email support

Introduction to academic life coaching concepts
Booster sessions are available to reinforce concepts previously learned and/or to focus more deeply on a specific area.
